Refund & return policy

These rules apply to trades executed directly with Vagher LLC. If you trade via a marketplace or platform, their rules may also apply.

1. Inspection period

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer has a 2-business-day inspection period starting from the recorded delivery date of the shipment.

Any discrepancies in quantity, model, grading or IMEI status must be reported within this window.
Reports should include photos, videos and a clear manifest of the affected units.

2. Refunds, credits and replacements

Depending on the situation we may offer one or more options:

Replacement units on a subsequent shipment, where available.
Credit note applied to the buyer’s next purchase.
Partial or full refund to the original payment method.

Vagher LLC does not accept returns for devices that were accurately described and delivered in the agreed grade, or for units damaged after delivery by the buyer or their logistics partners.

3. Non-refundable situations

Change-of-mind after a trade is confirmed.
Cosmetic differences within the tolerance described in our grade definitions.
Issues reported after the inspection period, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to run a responsible trading business and to comply with applicable laws.

1. Information we collect

Basic contact details (name, email, phone, company).
Business information required for KYC and compliance checks (tax numbers, registration documents, IDs for key signatories).
Transaction data such as purchase orders, invoices and payment confirmations.

2. How we use your information

To communicate about trades, pricing and logistics.
To perform due-diligence and comply with banking / regulatory requirements.
To improve our internal processes and risk controls.

3. Sharing & storage

We do not sell customer data. We may share information with our banking partners, accountants, legal advisers and logistics providers where required to perform a trade or meet legal obligations.

Records are stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
